BOARDMAN — A man from West Richland, Washington, ended up with a citation for intoxicated driving Sunday, April 31, for drunken driving after sideswiping a car on Interstate 84.
Oregon State Police reported a trooper at 2:31 p.m. responded to a report of a hit-and-run on the westbound side I-84 near milepost 179. A Subaru Outback was in the slow lane when a gray, four-door passenger car tried to pass between a vehicle in the fast lane and the Subaro. The gray car sideswiped the Outback, resulting in damage of more than $2,500.
