MILTON-FREEWATER — A Kennewick man died early Sunday, Aug. 6, on Highway 11 near Milton-Freewater in a vehicle versus pedestrian crash.
Oregon State Police reported a trooper at approximately 3:31 a.m. responded to the report of the crash near mile point 33.5. The preliminary investigation indicated a vehicle under unknown circumstances struck pedestrian, Carlos Antonio Perez, 27, of Kennewick. The driver did not remain on scene.
