MISSION — The Umatilla Tribal Police Department is coordinating with state, local and federal law enforcement and is seeking the public’s help in locating 22-year-old Tom Redhawk Tias.
Tias, a resident of the Umatilla Indian Reservation near Pendleton pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter in December 2022. His sentencing is scheduled for April 10, 2023.
