UMATILLA — Oregon prison staff, facing a court order to classify a transgender woman as vulnerable and prevent male staff or male prisoners from seeing her nude, forced her to submit to a body-cavity search and provide a urine sample in front of male guards, her lawyers said.
Zera Lola Zombie and her lawyers are now asking the court to hold the state in contempt of the judge’s September order.
