PENDLETON — The historical LaDow Building in downtown Pendleton has a new owner.
Umatilla County on Friday, Oct. 27, recorded a property transfer document listing the seller of the building as Diana Lea Hack, representing the estate of Elnor L. Alkio, and the buyer as Sandy & Izzy LLC, registered in Idaho. The sale price was $650,000.
