Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores Inc. has submitted an application to build a travel center and tire care building on a 13.3-acre property east of Interstate 84 and northeast of the Super 8 Motel.
The proposal is for access to the property from both Campbell Street, to the south, and from Best Frontage Road.
