MILTON-FREEWATER — Milton-Freewater city officials announced a special public council meeting for Friday, Oct. 20, at 1 p.m. at the public library, 8 S.W. Eighth Ave.
On the agenda is a discussion of options for recruiting a new city manager to fill the shoes of Linda Hall, who announced her retirement from the job earlier this month.
