MILTON-FREEWATER — A Milton-Freewater man faces 16 charges of unlawful dissemination of an intimate image all targeting one woman.
Zachary Ian Martinez, 21, pleaded not guilty to the preliminary charges Monday, Jan. 29, in Umatilla County Circuit, according to state court records. Dissemination of an intimate image is a Class A misdemeanor.
