LA GRANDE — All Manulife Forest Management lands in Northeastern Oregon are now closed to public access due to fire danger effective immediately.

The Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife announced the restrictions, which include Manulife Forest Management properties in the Shamrock, Whiskey Creek, Noregaard, Little Catherine Creek and Meacham Travel Management Areas and any other Manulife Forest Management properties enrolled in the Access and Habitat program in a press release on Monday, Aug. 7.
