MILTON-FREEWATER — The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Milton-Freewater man on suspicious of setting a fire where he lived.
Claudio Andrade Lara, 58, is in the Umatilla County Jail, Pendleton, on felonies of second-degree arson and unlawful use of a weapon.
