MILTON-FREEWATER — The Milton-Freewater Police Department has made an arrest in the case of a March burglary that sent the suspect to the hospital with a gunshot wound.
Police Chief Joe Shurtz announced officers on Thursday, April 4, arrested Eloisa Ramirez, 44, for first-degree burglary, unlawful use of a weapon, menacing and reckless endangering of another.
