MILTON-FREEWATER — Milton-Freewater police have arrested a man for the assault on a 7-month-old boy.
The police department in a written statement reported officers on Thursday, Feb. 16, arrested Dakota Brumbach, 26, for first-degree assault and two counts of first-degree criminal mistreatment.
