MILTON-FREEWATER — Milton-Freewater police have arrested a 16-year-old boy for stabbing a man.
The Milton-Freewater Police Department in a press release reported officers the morning of Saturday, July 5, responded to 504 N.W. Ninth Court on a report of a stabbing. Officers found the victim, Brian Jenkins, who appeared to have numerous stab wounds to the stomach area.
