MILTON-FREEWATER — Rep. Greg Smith, R-Heppner, will host a town hall, 5 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 13, in Milton-Freewater on Highway 11 safety.
The meeting will be at the Milton-Freewater Community Building, 109 NE Fifth Ave., and is open to the public. The discussion will center on the section of the highway between the north end of the city and the border of Washington state.
