BOARDMAN — The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office reported it recovered the body of drowning victim Irwin Parcero Perez of Boardman.
The sheriff’s office with assistance from the U.S. Corps of Engineers recovered the body on the afternoon of Tuesday, July 18, in the Columbia River.
