PENDLETON — Brett Mulvihill entered the 2024 Pendleton City Council election Wednesday, Jan. 10.
Mulvihill is seeking to represent Ward 3 on the council in one of the ward’s two seats. His filing noted he is a retired small business owner who graduated from the University of Oregon with a degree in business administration.
