MILTON-FREEWATER — Starting Monday, Jan. 15, a new bus schedule and route will run through Milton-Freewater as part of the free Kayak Public Transit system.
The new schedule for service is part of a pilot program, according to Vicki Croes, Kayak general manager. Buses will begin running at 10 a.m. on weekdays, with the last bus leaving from Pendleton at 6:15 p.m.
