No electronic signs need apply in Pendleton’s Historic District

PENDLETON — It seems the new technology for electronic display signs is not entirely welcome in parts of Pendleton.

This was the conclusion of the Pendleton City Council’s 6-2 vote Tuesday, March 5, of Ordinance 4013, a “Moratorium on Murals and Electronic Variable Message Boards in Historic District.”
