PENDLETON — The Oregon Department of Transportation has updated Pendleton City Council and key staff on projects it has underway and will be doing in the near future within Pendleton, Public Works Director Bob Patterson wrote in the city’s monthly newsletter.

“ODOT is concentrating on addressing all of the state highway intersection ramps to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act standards,” Patterson said. “This is part of a lawsuit settlement and they plan to have all state highway intersection ramps in compliance by the end of the 2027 construction season..”
