BOARDMAN — One Boardman man was injured and another died Sunday morning, Dec. 25, in Morrow County when the car they were in crashed and ejected them.
Oregon State Police reported troopers at 6:54 a.m. responded to a single vehicle crash on Interstate 84 near milepost 174. The preliminary investigation indicated Ricardo Mejia Avila, 27, of Boardman, was driving a silver Mercedes E320 westbound on the freeway when it left the road and entered the median.
