IRRIGON — A joint operation between the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office and Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office on Nov. 1 in Irrigon eventually led to four arrests.
The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office in a press release on Wednesday, Nov. 8, reported the operation focused on one suspect, Dylan Ostrom, 27, who had a warrant and was a suspect in numerous crimes in Umatilla County.
