A state legislator from Central Oregon plans to meet Oct. 19 in Baker City with two lawmakers from Idaho to discuss the Greater Idaho movement.
Vikki Breese-Iverson, a Republican from Prineville, will meet with Idaho state representatives Judy Boyle, a Republican from Washington County, and Barbara Ehardt, a Republican from Twin Falls, said Matt McCaw, a spokesman for Citizens for Greater Idaho, the organization promoting a plan to have counties in Central, Eastern and Southern Oregon become part of Idaho.
