Oregon State completed the scholarship portion of its 2022-23 men’s basketball roster Friday when former Arizona State forward Justin Rochelin verbally committed to the Beavers.
The 6-foot-5 Rochelin signed at ASU in 2020, but didn’t play as a freshman this past season.
