Oregon State Police cite Pendleton man for hunting violation in Elgin

ELGIN — The Oregon State Police cited a Pendleton man Wednesday, Nov. 1, for a hunting violation in Elgin.

OSP cited Tanner Eugene Coots Doherty, 26, for taking/possession of a bull elk during closed season, according to the state police media log.
