WESTON — Robert “Bob” Irvine of Athena is the next president of Public Affairs Research Consultants Resources, a regional community development firm in Bend with an office in Weston.
The company in a press release Monday, April 3, announced Stan Foster, has stepped down as president and Irvine, a long-time owner and company member, assumed the leadership role Jan. 1.
