A passenger in a commercial truck was seriously injured in a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 84 on Monday, June 19, 2023.
According to the Oregon State Police, Mateullah Manduzi, 27, of Des Moines, Wash., was traveling in the westbound lane of I-84 when he lost control of the truck and trailer after the front driver’s side tire went flat near milepost 183.
