PENDLETON — The Pendleton City Council is considering changes to its nuisance and street tree ordinances.
Ordinance 4019 would amend the nuisance ordinance, transferring responsibility for code enforcement decisions from the city manager to appropriate department heads, such as the police chief, public works director, community development director and the fire chief.
