PENDLETON — The Pendleton City Council has approved more than $2 million in adjustments to the city budget.

The council at its meeting Tuesday, Jan. 16, voted 8-0 for a supplemental budget that included $26,000 to remodel the lower level of the city library for a law library of $26,000 and $50,000 for outdoor programing space construction and $163,000 from a U.S. Department of Agriculture grant to create an urban forestry program.
