PENDLETON — Pendleton City Council approved a possible solution to an unwelcome property tax burden to Blue Mountain Community College’s FARM II project.
The council at its meeting Tuesday night, Nov. 8, votes 8-0 to approve leasing the city land to the college for 30 years.
