PENDLETON — Members of the Pendleton City Council were not quite ready to make a decision on converting the municipal court to a court of record.
The council at it meeting Tuesday night, Sept. 19, heard a presentation from municipal court Judge Blaine Clooten outlining why the council should adopt Ordinance 4003 to make the change.
