PENDLETON — The Pendleton Planning Commission is considering to start a moratorium on murals and electronic message signs in the city’s historic district.
The commission meets Thursday, Feb. 8, starting at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers at city hall, 500 SW Dorion Ave.
