PENDLETON — The Pendleton Development Commission has approximately $4.8 million to spend through the end of 2024 and has determined how it will spend it.
The members of the city council double at the commission, which acts as the cit’s urban renewal agency. The PDC met Tuesday, Sept. 19, and on a split vote approved the expenditure plan from Urban Renewal Associate Director Charles Denight. He detailed the assets and liabilities of the commission’s programs.
