PENDLETON — The Pendleton Downtown Association has a new strategic plan for improving Main Street.
Economic vitality, design, organization and promotion are the four areas of focus in the plan, which the association and Sheri Stuart, state coordinator for Oregon Main Street, unveiled Wednesday night, May 24, at the Heritage Station Museum.
