Pendleton Fire Department, Army National Guard practice emergency landing response

PENDLETON — Pendleton High School’s practice field was the site Tuesday morning, May 23, of another kind of preparation.

The Army National Guard unit in Pendleton and the Pendleton Fire Department held their third annual emergency landing response training, landing a National Guard CH-47 Chinook on the field.
