PENDLETON — The 173 members of Pendleton High School’s Class of 2023 won almost $4.2 million in scholarships. Of the $4,194,321 total, $255,798 is local funding.
This year’s total earnings is down from last year’s class. The Class of 2022 earned more than $4.45 million, but that class had 48 more students than this year’s class. The average earnings per student this year was $24,244 — while last year’s was $19,896.
