Pendleton installs sewer, storm drain lines on Northwest Despain Avenue

PENDLETON — City crews began installing sewer and storm drain main lines on Northwest Despain Avenue Monday, Feb. 27. The project started at Northwest Fifth Street and will proceed west toward Northwest Ninth Street.

The work is to require some block closures. The city asks motorists oo be patient and use alternate routes.
