PENDLETON — The Oregon Department of Transportation is making changes to some key intersections in Pendleton. But one mom who is skeptical about ODOT’s plan to remove traffic signals at the intersection of Southwest 10th Street and Dorion Avenue.
“I don’t live in that area, but my in-laws do,” Shawnna Van Sickle said. “They’re also the caregivers for my children, who have to walk that route from their bus stop.”
