PENDLETON — The Pendleton Municipal Court plans to offer marriage ceremonies on Valentine’s Day.
The city in a press release Thursday, Jan. 19, announced the move. Presiding Judge Blaine Clooten will conduct the ceremonies starting at 9:30 a.m. Feb. 14 in the municipal courtroom where the city council meets at city hall, 501 S.W. Emigrant Ave. Availability depends on demand.
