PENDLETON — Pendleton has set the stage for new development on hundreds of acres.
The city council at its meeting Tuesday, May 16, annexed 48.76 acres contiguous to the city limits off Goad Road north of Interstate 84. The land was in the city’s urban growth boundary but outside the city limits.
