PENDLETON — The Pendleton Police Department arrested three suspects related to a recent graffiti spree.
Police Chief Charles Byram in a statement Wednesday, Oct. 4, reported the department since Sept. 20 has received approximately 14 calls for service regarding graffiti on businesses and other structures throughout the city.
