Pendleton School District chief mourns rocky enrollment; housing, child care needed

PENDLETON — The number of students enrolled in Pendleton School District seems to be more diminishing than growing, Superintendent Kevin Headings said.

“At the beginning of this school year in September, we were up by 50-plus, from where we ended the previous year,” he said.
