PENDLETON — There are now four more shelter spaces in Pendleton to house those who need it.
The Eastern Oregon Center for Independent Living held a ribbon cutting ceremony Thursday, May 30, to open its two-story apartment building in downtown Pendleton. Dr. Sejal Hathi, the new director of the Oregon Health Authority, attended the event.
