PENDLETON — Enough work had been completed by the several contractors on the Northeast Third Street renewal project, the city was able to send the detour signs back to the barn.
“The project was awarded by the Pendleton Development Commission,” said Community Development Director Tim Simons, “Which are dollars to make improvements to the urban renewal district. And we also used some water line and some waterfront dollars.”
