PILOT ROCK — Three new city council members secured the vote on Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2022. In a race between five candidates, the three with the most votes were granted seats on the city’s council bench.
Securing most of the votes was Rhonda Hinkle Lazinka with 27.3% of the vote, totaling to 249 ballots in her name.
