At 8:08 a.m., November 28, Eugene police were called to Amazon Parkway and E. 24th Avenue. A person was found deceased in an area near trees. Eugene Police Patrol officers arrived on scene and then subsequently the Violent Crimes Unit and Forensic Evidence Unit responded. Eugene Police is continuing the investigate the death, along with the Lane County Medical Examiner. The person has not yet been identified. Case 23-17905
