BOARDMAN — The Port of Morrow Commission has scheduled a special meeting at its Riverfront Administrative Office, 2 Marine Drive, for Monday, Oct. 23, at 9 a.m. to discuss a commission vacancy.
The Morrow County Board of Commissioners on Wednesday, Oct. 18, gave the PMC until Oct. 26 to fill a vacancy before it steps in and fills the open seat.
