BOARDMAN — The Port of Morrow reached a deal to provide almost $2 million to support safe drinking water efforts in the Boardman area and will pay a fine of nearly $500,000.
The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality in a press release announced the deal Tuesday, Oct. 31.
