PENDLETON — The city of Pendleton on Tuesday, Nov. 15, is closing a portion of Northwest Despain Avenue.
Jeff Brown, Pendleton Public Works superintendent, announced American Rock Products plans to patch utility cuts on Despain from North Main Street to Northwest Sixth Street.
