PENDLETON — When Sarah Stevens opened her food truck Sarah’s Sweet and Savory in 2023 she had no idea of the instant success that would allow her to open a brick-and-mortar shop by summer. But she said that’s exactly what happened.
“I probably could have done the brick-and-mortar from the start, but just going out on my own at first, I thought a food truck was reasonable,” sh said. “But when Eden’s Kitchen moved and their place became available, I just couldn’t pass it up.”
