At 8:12 p.m. on October 18, Eugene Police officers responded to a crash between a pedestrian and a vehicle at 3390 W. 11th Avenue. The driver of the involved vehicle did not stay on scene and he was last seen driving east bound on W. 11th Avenue. The pedestrian, who was crossing the street when hit, sustained non-life-threatening injuries and required hospital treatment. He was transported to a local hospital by Eugene Springfield Fire. 
 
The driver of the vehicle got out of his vehicle but did not stay on scene. The vehicle is described as possibly an older model, green Toyota Camry.
 
The suspect is a white male with short hair and a beard and last seen wearing a black jacket and dark-colored pants. He was wearing dark colored shoes with lighter soles.
